Stable Asset Funds

The First American Stable Asset Advisor Class is a share class of the U.S. Bank Stable Asset fund, which is a collective investment fund of U.S. Bank National Association organized under regulations issued by the Office of Comptroller of the Currency. A collective investment fund is a pooled investment vehicle, whereby assets of multiple qualifying clients are commingled and invested in a diversified portfolio of securities. It is not an investment company (mutual fund) registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940.
 
ONLY employer sponsored tax-qualified defined contribution retirement plans are eligible to invest in the fund class. The fund class cannot accept investments from individuals or plans that do not meet the required criteria.
