Gerry is co-manager of Equity (Value) Income and he manages institutional portfolios. Gerry began working in the financial industry when he joined the firm in 1972. He was promoted to a portfolio manager in 1987 after holding managing positions in investment research and equity investments.

He received a B.A. from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. Gerry holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute, as well as the CFA Society of Minnesota.
