Keith heads the Quantitative Analysis team that manages the firm's asset allocation, index and quantitative strategies and is responsible for overall investment risk management.
Starting work in the financial services industry in 1992, Keith joined FAF Advisors in 1997 and is a member of the firm's Operating Committee. Previously, he was a credit analyst at Piper Capital Management and worked in the Banking Studies group at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. Keith is regularly quoted in major business publications, including The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, CNN Money, Investor's Business Daily, and Reuters. Keith has also appeared on CNBC and Bloomberg TV.
Keith graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor's degree and Baylor University with a master's degrees in economics. His master's thesis was on the implications of the then-proposed North American Free Trade Agreement on the labor market. Keith also completed the program on investment decisions and behavioral finance at Harvard University. A member of the CFA Institute, Keith has taught economics at the St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance in St. Petersburg, Russia.
