Wan-Chong is a senior fixed-income portfolio manager and a member of the Fixed Income Strategy Committee, which establishes investment policy for all taxable fixed-income products. She also manages the Interest Rate and Government Strategy Sector team. She began working in the financial industry in 1984.

Prior to joining the firm in 1993, she was a senior consultant for financial services firms at Cytrol Inc. She received a B.S. in economics from the University of the Philippines and an M.B.A. in information systems management from the University of Minnesota. Wan-Chong holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute as well as the CFA Society of Minnesota.
