Jeff is head of the Investment Grade Credit Sector Team. He is also a member of the Fixed Income Strategy Committee, which establishes investment policy for all taxable fixed-income products.

Jeff began working in the financial industry when he joined the firm in 1991. He became a portfolio manager in 2001.

A graduate of the University of St. Thomas, Jeff earned a B.A. in economics/business administration and an M.B.A. in finance.
