Leonard "Len" W. Kedrowski has served as an independent director of the First American Funds Board of Directors since 1993. He chairs the audit committee. Len was previously vice president of finance for Anderson Windows. He has also served on the board of directors of several different financials organizations throughout his career.
He serves on the board of Smyth Companies and the Sisters of the Good Shepherd. Len received a B.S. in accounting from St. Thomas University. He is a designated Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
