Credit Research Team

Credit research is the cornerstone of our investment process. Our credit research team employs a rigorous process to identify and evaluate high quality issuers with stable current and expected credit characteristics. From their ongoing research, they produce and maintain the Approved Issuers List that portfolio managers use to select securities. As a group, the credit research team’s experience in the industry averages more than 22 years. Learn more about each team member below:



  
  Robert Boucher, CFA, Director of Credit Research
28 years experience
Robert is responsible for the firm’s credit research efforts. He chairs the Taxable and Tax-Exempt Credit Committees. In addition to managing the credit research team, Robert is actively involved in credit research within the industrial sector.


    Robert Hajduch, Principal Credit Analyst
29 years experience
Rob is responsible for credit research within the global financial sector. He also serves on the Taxable and Tax-Exempt Credit Committees.


    Tim Russell, Principal Credit Analyst
21 years experience
Tim is responsible for credit research within the municipal and sovereign sectors. He also serves on the Tax-Exempt Credit Committee.


  
 

Eric Espeseth, Senior Credit Analyst

Eric is responsible for credit research within the automotive, oil and gas, utility, media/telecom and Canadian bank sectors. He also serves on the Taxable Credit Committee.
