U.S. Bancorp Asset Management is a Minneapolis-based U.S. asset management firm with more than $350 billion in assets under management in money market funds and other fixed income and liquidity management investment strategies, as of June 30, 2024.*

• Fixed Income: U.S. Bancorp Asset Management provides a variety of strategies including cash, short, intermediate and core fixed income through separately managed accounts.
• Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO): Offering services for a broad range of fund types and multi-asset class portfolio structures. These options include endowments, foundations, pensions, other post-employment benefits (OPEB), and institutional investor funds. We help our clients invest across a variety of domestic (U.S.) and international asset classes including equities, fixed income, and alternatives.
• Other Products and Services: In addition to providing fixed income investment strategies, U.S. Bancorp Asset Management administers the securities lending program of U.S. Bank National Association.

Governance and Leadership

First American money market and multi-manager funds are each governed by a wholly independent Board of Trustees. Management is provided by the leadership team of the funds' investment advisor, U.S. Bancorp Asset Management. The leadership team is comprised of executives representing each segment of the business.
